Level Up Learning Academy is based in Southern River and works with students from the surrounding Perth suburbs — including through partnerships with local schools, where we've delivered our programs directly to their students. Every session is led by qualified teachers and experienced educators — not casual staff — so families know exactly who's teaching their child and how. We support the whole spread of school life: primary years, GATE, mainstream English, Maths and Science, learning differences, ATAR and OLNA.

Steph — Director & Founder
Steph is a qualified educator and paramedic with over five years of teaching experience, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through engaging, high-quality education. Specialising in English and GATE preparation, she has a genuine passion for learning and is committed to fostering confidence, curiosity, and academic excellence in every student she teaches.
Having tutored over 200 students throughout her career, Steph has supported learners of all abilities to strengthen their skills, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong love of learning. In 2021, she founded Level Up Learning with a vision to provide personalised, supportive, and results-driven tutoring that makes a lasting impact. Since then, the business has grown into a trusted learning community focused on empowering students to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Beyond the classroom, Steph personally trains every educator on the team, setting the standard for how curriculum is delivered and ensuring each tutor teaches with the same quality, structure, and care. The entire Level Up teaching team works directly under her guidance, so every family gets the same consistent standard of education no matter who's taking the lesson.

Please read the following before registering — submitting the enquiry form or registration confirms your agreement to these terms.
- I understand that the amount agreed is payable to Level Up Learning Academy Pty. Ltd. at the agreed interval, as stated at the time of registration.
- I understand that tuition fees are charged in advance via recurring scheduled payments or upfront term payment.
- I understand that if my child cannot be present at a scheduled lesson, I will make contact as early as possible via leveluplearning6@gmail.com.
- I understand that planned commitments or failure to attend does not result in a make-up lesson. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The session may be placed in credit only if a valid medical certificate is provided within 7 days of the missed session.
- I understand that withdrawal from the class must be made in writing via email with a minimum of 30 days' notice, with all fees paid up to and including the final day of attendance.
- I understand that late or unpaid fees may result in suspension of services, and continued non-payment may result in debt recovery action and/or termination of enrolment.
- I understand that fees remain payable regardless of public holidays, school events, or student absence, unless otherwise stated in writing by Level Up Learning.
- I acknowledge that submission of the registration form constitutes acceptance of all Level Up Learning Academy Pty. Ltd. policies and terms and conditions.
- I understand that Level Up Learning may use photographs or videos taken during lessons for social media and website content. No student names or identifying information will be published.
